If not travel for free, travel for cheap.

Hey check this out.  I just came from the ticketing office to buy…….(sorry but domestic binili ko.  I just secured this tariff).  Tariff below is realistic.  I remember me buying Guess tops and Speedo two-piece and a P10k shopping spree at Shangri-la Edsa.  More than equal na pala yun to a roundtrip ticket to our neighboring southeast asia countries.  :(

One Remark I Liked

Belonging to a new team manned by only one (by the way, ako lang) makes me feel happy-go-lucky but serious.  Serious because there’s no one else to be pinpointed but me!  Being devoid of seatmates and chika-mates does not make me less of an occupant in my work area.  My friend from the Editorial Team approached me once and said, “Wow! Ang saya dito”.   I replied, “Huh?  What do you mean”?   “I mean, you’re alone here.”  “Masaya ba yun, yung alone ako rito?”, I asked.  “Oo naman.  Astig nga eh.  You know, ikaw lang sa area na to and keber”, he explained.

Although his explanation was short and superficial, I knew what he meant.  Yeah, I agree.  He’s a tough guy din pala.  We are on the same wavelength.  Nagtawanan nalang kami.  Oo nga, keber!  Hehehe.

Puyat Me

I am happy to see a new course in the university and that is Master of Arts in Political Economy.  The  subjects Introduction to International Relations, International Business & Economics and International Economic Law appealed to me.  Knowing about the structural evaluation of the international system, its operation, world affairs, trade, money and finance, transnationals & foreign investment, and development is just so interesting.  Kc naman, I am very curious about China.  It is a country feasible for high-end infrastructure but some foreign investors are not happy with China’s trade policies.  Isa pa, bigla nalang akong tanungin ni someone na "how is pakistan? how is china? how is singapore?"  Sus ginoo.  Pero nakakachallenge dba.  Those simple questions need real and precise answers.

Haaaay, miss ko tuloy Dad ko talking about these things.

Neway, may I take one step at a time.  Hinay-hinay lang, dba.

On another topic, I called up my friend at nangumusta lang.  Sabi nya, kararating lang daw nya from Palawan.  Yun lang.  Hehehe.

Tsaka isa pa, my cuzn came down from Baguio kc bakasyon na nila.  Nakow, lalong pumayat.  Ewan parang naglalakad na buto or hanger. Hehehe.  Puno xa sa kantyaw pagdating nya sa bahay.

Isa pang pahabol! Hehehe.  Sinimulan na ang merging highway dun sa pmpanga.  Ganda cguro nun.  Intended daw yun sa proposed train transport ek ek.  Ganda kc dadaanan nya ang Clark at Subic.  Sa Monumento raw ang point of origin nun and it will run until Tarlac.  Speaking of Tarlac, galing pala ako sa Tarlac kagabi.  Kaya puyat ako ngayon.  Yun lang.  Bow.  J

Travel Galore

The ideal vacation that I was imagining last Feb was not realized.  The trip was pushed through minus the sight of the beach, the strolling at Waterfront & Casino, the barhopping @ The Village, the island-hopping at Bohol and the like.  Unfortunately, I only stayed at home.  Sad.  It was a not a happy birthday.  I stayed home and slept most of the week.  Notwithstanding the downside of my buhay, I tried my very best to visit the Sto Nino Basilica and Cebu Cathedral where I wasted my time sitting in the prayer rooms and holding on my composure.

This coming April, I will be travelling again.  This time to Mindanao.  I should not set my mind to something over-wonderful.  I might just get frustrated.  A li’l excitement will do.  I’ll travel by air and by sea then report to work directly from the airport at dawn.

I wish there will be a holiday on July.  I wanted to go to Ilocos or Baguio.  Maybe I can make someone happy by giving a plane ticket?  Yeah a plane ticket, roundtrip pa.  I will save for that.

A short-term wish comes true

Gosh!  I got blessings na from my remote offices.  I can pursue na grad stud sa ua&p!  It has been one year of waiting with all the ups & downs!  I was put to test for one year -> i think in all respects sa buhay ko?  Hehehe.  Renewed na akow.  I learned something from what happened after that one year.  It was not easy.  Now and onwards, it should be easy na.  Natuto ako.

I have been making an unusual long report since mid-afternoon today at may part 2. Hahahaha!  Cheers!
