Yehey bati na kami ni Dennis!  May dala akong pasalubong sa kanya, may dala rin xang pasalubong sa ken galing Cebooom. 

First, i called up the customer service (ala call center nla). Manila number lang yun. Partially, ok naman sumagot ang representative. She had the knowledge of the business and the product I was complaining. PERO yung bottomline request ko sa kanila was "update your system kasi in reality, within city limits po ang Bancasi sa Butuan City and your Butuan Branch is delivering goods dun" .

Ganito kasi yun……………(Oist teka, English yung usapan namen ha)

Me: I checked in your website the status of my package and until now it has not been delivered to the consignee. Why is it still pending?

LBC Manila: The package is still pending because it is for pick-up. You’ll let your consignee pick it up in our Butuan office.

Me: Oh I thought that your sales staff meant that a remote LBC personnel will pick-up the goods from your Butuan office because your office is only up to Butuan City and you are not online to Bancasi. So that is why I agreed.

LBC Manila: No mam because in our system, we do not deliver to Bancasi that’s why we let your consignee pick it up.

Me: I wonder why you don’t have access to Bancasi. It is just a 10-mins ride from your branch there and it is within city limits. How come? Even if you do not deliver goods there, in the name that you are a forwarding company, you have to welcome a business from the customer and be willing to accept that and find a way to deliver.

LBC Manila: Mam wala po talaga.

Me: Another thing, When I made the transaction (the sending of the package), I asked for a medium a pouch because it can accomodate two small boxes of green tea. Your airpouch is too big. Why didn’t you give me that small pouch?

LBC Manila: Mam we only have two pouch sizes available. The Airvelop and the Airpouch.

Me: Another thing, in your website Manila-Mindanao costs P140.00. Why did I pay P230.00

LBC Manila: Mam 140.00 is for documents. Your commodity is not a document. Then it has a commercial value, that’s why you paid a higher amount. (sa galit ko rin, i forgot to argue that those boxes of green tea were not for sale. Thus, they were of no commercial value kc personal effects lang yun. tanga ko rin

Me: So how can you help me solve this problem? Can you give me the address and telephone number of your Butuan office?)

LBC Manila: Ok here is the address and number…….. Me: May I follow up this package? I see the status of my package as pending. Why is this so?

LBC Butuan Burgos Street branch: Mam pending pouches are forwarded to our Gaisano Mall branch. You can call this number and look for Joan.

Me: May I ask whether you deliver to Bancasi? Your manila office insists that you do not deliver to this place.

LBC Burgos: Yes mam we do deliver there. It is even near here. Me: Oh really. I am wondering whom to believe. But I believe you more and I believe in myself that you really deliver there. Ok let me call your Gaisano Mall Branch.

Me: Joan, may i follow up my pouch which is still pending in your office? I am really really really wondering why it is pending. I was assuming that it will be delivered up to the doorstep of the consignee. Can you explain?

LBC Gaisano Mall: Mam, it’s because there is an indication here in the pouch "pick-up….." So this will be picked up by your consignee.

ME: No! That is not what I want! I want the package to be delivered direct to the consignee. You deliver to Bancasi right? Why can’t you do that? Your manila ofc was telling me that you do not have service there. Which is really true?

LBC Gaisano Mall: We really deliver up to there. Bancasi is near here. Is your address correct?

ME: Yes it is! Would it be possible to disregard that "pick up" indication and give it directly to the cnsignee? I paid for that as door-to-door.

LBC Mall: Ok mam we can do that for you.

Me: Thank you. I will call afterwards. I will just re-check my address. Sus ngayon tinawagan ko uli ang

LBC Manila. buti nalang nakuha ko ang pangalan ng cstmer sevice rep na matalinong sumagot! at nanumbat ako.

Me: May I speak with Pam?

LBC Manila: Yes mam.

Me: I have confirmed it with your Butuan branches that they deliver goods to Bancasi. I believe them and likewise I believe my gut feeling because I travel there.

LBC Manila: No mam because the destination is not really existing in our system.

Me: Listen, here is what you are going to do. UPDATE your system because it does not match with reality.

LBC Manila: Mam can i have again your tracking reference #? I will follow up the branch.

Me: (i gave the number). Anyway, I already talked to your branch there and it is now ok. Thank you and please update your system.

Nakasimangot ang boses ng bruha. D manlang nag thank you sa akin. Pasalamat nga cya merong xang natutunan sa akin na nagdedeliver nga cla dun! Gosh!

Yun po ang story………………..kainis!

Only to learn na ang consignee nasa mall pala na yun at masayang kumakain ng King Cone ng MacDo habang nagliliwaliw sandali. Wait, rephrase……”habang nasa panandaliang aliw” ba yun? wehehehe J

One Sunday afternoon, we decided to install the airconditioner which is has been put on standby since September 2004.  Why on standby?  Because I have been apprehensive about the rise of our utility bills!  We don’t stay in our barracks at the same time because we work by shift except on Sundays.  It follows that our resthours are also by shift.  Hence, the usage of the airconditioner is round-the-clock.  And heller, aircon yan.  Para ring iron or refrigerator na matakaw kumain ng kuryente!

Neway, carrying the aircon unit literally is kinda gurl power.  Just like assembling the mala-prinsesa bed of my squatter roommate/bedmate.  Even transporting her bed from her previous condominium e kami pa.  Wala man lang gentledog!  Except for gentle driver na friend ng bedmate ko.  By the way, naging bedmate ko nalang xa kc naichapwera ang mattress ko kc mas malaki yung bed nya kesa akin!  Nakikishare nalang me sa bed nya.  Ako yung occupant-turned-squatter tuloy.  Squatter yung bedmate ko kc originally, she was just a “nakikitira” gurl for a while.  She was supposed to look for a room for rent somewhere in our neighbourhood.  However, she stayed.  Inggit kc xa sa pagiging comfy namen sa haus.  She’s like that since we were in Cebu.  Inggit din yan sa barracks ko dati kc all-out-freedom dun eh.   Wahahaha!

Another gurl power thing is again an installation of that metallic double deck of our other ka-barracks.  A deck with so many horns swirling on the sides.

Hello everyone! Happy Friday once again!  Let me introduce to you first my testimonial for Dottie.  Just look for "-doTTie-" in my friends list.  Stated therein, "I’ve been to that smiling career too…..Now I want to be smiling again." 

Ngayon, ano connection nito sa blog ko today?  Simple answer.  I’m smiling again!  It’s not superficial ha.  It’s substantial.  Material pa gyud.  Hindi kababawan to mga tsong!  Naging serious gurl me for two black & white years.  But I knew before that I’d still cross the bridge of being gloomy - should I use this term?  Or should I say it positively, "rejuvenated lang me!"

This is fun mga pare ko.  I’m back to my hi skul habit.  Pero, heller, I should be careful this time.  Bitches are all around.  Beware and don’t care.

Neway, I missed that nilalang who said that she’s happy for me.  Well she’s busy now doing the fantaserye of blackforest marina.  Oh forgive me my dear.  I have to hide your identity and everyone I am referring to in my blogs.
